From the initial consultation to the completion of the project,
our time is yours. Please refer to our services menu for
a comprehensive overview.
Consulting - This initial face-to-face design consultation
determines the wants and needs of the client and the general
scope of the project. At the end of the meeting we
will have a good idea of what you want. Any queries
that you may have can be addressed at this meeting.
Project review – This is a more in-depth meeting
to determine the exact scope of the project. This includes
but is not restricted to the following:
- Interact with architect(s) for space planning (if required)
- Floor plans/Space planning
- Lighting plans
- Preliminary Floor coverings, wall finishes and window treatments
- Kitchen and Bathroom Surface finishes
- Plumbing fixtures
- Custom Furniture
- Art
Design Development – At this stage all the above-mentioned
design decisions are almost finalized. All specifications
are written up and costs are analyzed. Colour and storyboards
are created for you. Client approval for all
selections concludes this stage of the design process.
Purchasing – Purchase orders are drawn up. Supervision
of all items purchased and delivered.
Supervision – We are at hand to make sure all building
and installation goes smoothly. Any problem that arises
is handled promptly.
